paramedic classes.

She was the site Coordinator for MEMSA Regional Testing in both Kansas City and Springfield.

She also did countless examiner workshops throughout the state.

She would make the testing a family affair involving her husband, son and many other family members.  She worked with endless energy to make tests happen.  She was fair and gave students every effort to prove their competence.

She received the MEMSA Instructor/Coordinator of the Year and in 2006 received the Governor’s Award for Excellence in Teaching.

She was active with legislative, training and testing issues throughout her career.  She was a charter member of MEMSA and a member of NAEMSE.

The 2008 Lifetime Achievement Award goes posthumously to Nancy Dalton.
