Job Description The incumbent in this position is responsible for protecting the assets of the company as well as the assets of the guests. The incumbent is also responsible for protecting all guests on the casino's property. The incumbent must be able to quickly respond to any and all calls when needed. This is to ensure guests receive extraordinary guest service and operations run smoothly.
Qualifications Ability to effectively communicate with customers and all levels of employees. Ability to stand throughout an eight-hour shift. Ability to effectively and efficiently move around work area. Must be able to review and comprehend all relevant written information. Ability to obtain a Missouri Gaming License. Ability to obtain a Missouri MACT License. Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds. This position is subject to varying levels of crowds, noise, and smoke, the severity of which depends upon customer volume and event. Excellent guest service skills. Good written and verbal communication skills; legible handwriting. Basic mathematical skills. The skills and abilities necessary for effective performance within this position are acquired through the completion of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months experience or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience.
